At RZZH STORE, we aim to provide a clear and smooth shopping experience. Therefore, we offer exchange and return services under the following terms:

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 business days from the date of receiving your order.

↩️ Return Policy

You can request a return within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of receiving your order.

Service Fees

Exchange and return services are not free. Service fees will be charged to the customer based on the request.

Exchange & Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition
• The product must be unused
• The original box and all accessories must be included
• The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the request

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received at our warehouse,

inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.

Important Notice

If the order is not received after reaching the delivery city or is returned due to non-receipt,

the store’s role is limited to assisting with reshipping the order or guiding the customer to contact the shipping company.

If the shipment is returned, it can be reshipped after paying the shipping fees.

Customers may also follow up directly with the shipping company if needed.
